Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping at our live stream store! Since we ship our products internationally, we generally do not accept physical returns back to our warehouse. Instead, we offer the following fair solutions to ensure your satisfaction:

  • Damages & Issues: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or wrong, contact us at kaokaokaowin@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue. We will review it immediately and offer a free replacement or a full/partial refund based on the situation.
  • Lost Packages: If your package is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier, we will arrange a reshipment or a full refund for you.
  • Custom & Live Items: Please note that items selected and confirmed during the live stream are processed immediately. We do not accept cancellations or refunds for "change of mind" once the package has been shipped.
  • Refund Processing: Once a refund is approved by our team, it will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
